Publication Policy
Primary: Jurnal Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar is strongly committed to the principles of open access, transparency, and academic integrity. In accordance with this commitment, the journal ensures that authors are not subjected to any financial barriers throughout the entire manuscript management process, which includes submission, peer review, and publication. All of these stages are conducted free of charge. This policy reflects the journal’s mission to promote equitable dissemination of knowledge and to provide an inclusive platform for both researchers and practitioners in the field of education.
To guarantee the highest quality of published articles, however, every accepted manuscript is required to undergo a final editing process. This process includes copyediting, layout adjustment, content editing, and proofreading to ensure stylistic consistency, linguistic accuracy, and overall readability in line with international academic publishing standards. The editing fee is determined and communicated directly by Nirya Academic Proofreading (https://www.nirya.id/), with the amount depending on the complexity of the revisions required. Payment must be made directly by the author(s) to the service provider, and proof of payment must be submitted to the editorial office as part of the administrative requirements before the article can proceed to the final production stage.
Authors bear full responsibility for complying with this policy and for following the technical instructions provided by Nirya Academic Proofreading. Should an author refuse or fail to undertake the mandatory final editing process, the editorial board reserves the right to postpone or even withdraw the publication of the article, even if it has been formally accepted. At the same time, the editorial board emphasizes that this fee applies exclusively to the final editing stage and is not, in any sense, a submission or publication charge. The peer-review process and acceptance decisions remain entirely independent and free from financial considerations.
Through this policy, Primary: Jurnal Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar ensures that all published articles meet the highest standards of readability, academic rigor, and compliance with international publishing practices. The editorial board reserves the right to periodically evaluate and revise this policy in accordance with the development of national academic regulations and international scholarly publishing standards.
