Announcement of Apology and Journal Update

Dear Authors,

We would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the technical difficulties encountered during the migration of our journal from Open Journal Systems (OJS) version 2 to OJS version 3. We are pleased to inform you that the migration process has been successfully completed, and the journal is now operating on the OJS 3 platform.

Currently, we are in the process of uploading both published and forthcoming articles. We are committed to completing this process as swiftly as possible to ensure that all authors can view their articles online without any further delays.

In light of this situation, we would also like to inform you that the submission process for new articles has now been reopened. Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts through our new OJS 3 system. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition, and we are working diligently to provide a better experience moving forward.
